1. Service

LumiRoute provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway and related website features (accounts, dashboard, documentation). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts & API keys

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
• We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access that abuses the service or harms other users.

3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

When you register provider keys (for example Groq, DeepSeek, or Gemini), those keys remain yours. You stay bound by each provider’s terms and billing. LumiRoute routes requests on your behalf; we do not become a party to your agreements with providers.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LumiRoute to violate law, probe or attack systems without authorization, or circumvent rate limits or authentication.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, particular model quality, or fitness for a specific purpose. Free-tier and operator routing may change as providers and quotas change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiRoute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from provider outages, your BYOK usage, or model outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
